We provide comprehensive baking solutions to meet your baking requirements, including frozen ready-to-bake doughs, croissants, and pre-made tart shells for easy filling. Our selection also encompasses baked goods, baguettes, sourdough, a variety of French pastries, and other customizable products.
2. How to register as a wholesale client?
Send your contact name, contact number, business name, COR 2303 and Business Permit to orders.prismpuff@gmail.com with subject line: " New Customer Inquiry ". Indicate product of interest on the email as well.
3. What is your lead time?
2-3 days
4. What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?
We produce upon order and require payment first in advance. Further discussions can be arranged to tailor the process to meet your specific needs.
5. Can I request customizations for wholesale orders? (ex. packaging, product modification)

Yes we can customize with an MOQ. Simply email your inquiry to puffprism@gmail.com and we will be intouch to assist you with your requirements.
6. Do you offer delivery for wholesale orders, and what are the associated costs?
Certainly, we can facilitate the delivery of wholesale orders. A fee may apply if the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not met. Additional costs may be incurred, particularly for orders necessitating air deliveries.
7. Are there specific delivery days for wholesale orders?
Order deliveries and pick up are from Mondays - Saturdays.
8. Can I request samples before placing a wholesale order?
Yes you may request for samples.
9. Is there a discount available for bulk or recurring orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Email us at orders.prismpuff@gmail.com for pricelist and catalogue.
10. What is your return and refund policy for wholesale orders?
If there are issues with the quality or condition of the products upon delivery, please notify us within 4 hours from the time of receipt. We may request photographic evidence to assess the concern. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either provide a refund, offer a replacement, or arrange for a credit on your next order.
